Rating by category:
the restaurant, I found was the only thing I found little slow & poor, service etc etc
The atmosphere and location made my 1 night stay very enjoyable.
Easy to find and very smooth processes to check in and out.
Dining at the restaurant was not such a pleasant experience. Meals took a long time to be received with little attention given to patrons between ordering and serving meals. There seemed to be enough staff on duty and the restaurant was not full. However food was of good quality and well prepared.
friendly staff, well located for my needs, clean, good breakfast.
The lack of free internet in guest rooms
We ate in the Celsius Restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the meal, presentation was good. The room bedding was extremely comfortable.
Other diners were very noisey around us, in hindsight we should have asked to move inside. Some promotional literature in the room could have done with replacing, as it did not look clean enough to handle.
Great location and all facilities that are needed.
I was surprised at the level of facilities for the price, I liked the open air layout and the lighting at night.
Location, Atmosphere,Restaurant, Freedom
I liked the location and its easy access to the university, the pool was great and ideally located within the complex. One could enjoy privacy that I needed due to the nature of my stay.
The only thing I didn't like particularly also this is not a complaint was the fact that there was no sitting area apart from the desk in the room. Also the desk was fantastic as I used it daily during may 9day stay doing uni work. I think I would have liked a room facing the river with an outdoor setting to wind down after university instead of being cooped up inside sitting on my bed.
Comfort and use of the pool. Professionalism of staff.
On the first night of our stay was a wedding between the accommodation blocks resulting in loud music banging threw the room until the early hours of the morning. My son and I were visiting Tsv for a tennis competition and he required a good nights sleep to concentrate on his game, but neither of us were able to sleep until approx 2am when the wedding finished resulting in both of us turning up to tennis extremely tired and not in a good state to win a competition. All weddings and functions should be held away from the accommodation blocks, no where near where people come to have a good nights sleep.
friendly helpfull staff relaxed atmosphere. clean and well presented.
evening meals were not the best
Service, location, pool and dinners were all good
comfortable, friendly, our room being on the ground floor was very good, clean rooms,
Centrally located, easy access to complex, close to shopping and city centre, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Very comfortable thanks
